Policies

Scheduling:

In order to make your experience the best one possible, we work on a reservation system.  Reservations can be made up to 12 hours in advance of your lesson.  Once you have scheduled your lesson, a confirmation e-mail or whatsapp will be sent to you with your lesson details (including date, time and location).

Payment:

In order to reserve your lesson, payment must be made in full for the lesson.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Cancellation:

If we cancel:  Kiteboarding depends on the weather.  As a result, if the conditions are not suitable for your lesson, we will cancel the lesson.  For cancellations made in advance, a minimum of 2 hours is given unless previously arranged.

Should the weather conditions become unsuitable for a lesson during the lesson or immediately prior, the lesson will be rescheduled for the next available date and time.

If you cancel: Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice.  Cancellations made before this time will be rescheduled at no additional cost.  Cancellations made after the time will forfeit half of their deposit.

Lesson Timelines:

The timelines outlined on our website for lessons are general guidelines only.  They are based on the average time for the average student.  Our primary concern is your SAFETY as a student.  As a result, instructors will only progress to the next step when you are ready.

Lessons are broken up into 2 hour segments.  Students may take between 2-4 hours per day, but there is a required break of at least 30′ every 2 hours.

Questions or concerns regarding this should be addressed with your instructor.

Refunds:

Refunds for unused time will be made in full at the customer’s request (if said request does not interfere with the cancellation policy).  Students who have not used their time within 12 months are only eligible for school credit.
